4 college friends from North Philly started this iconic business in 1994 serving sandwiches in the backyard of their apartment in the Central Disrict of Seattle. The sandwiches became so popular that they had to open an official location on 23rd & Union only 1 year later. Ever since then, this local gem has cooked over 750,000 cheesesteaks for Seattle locals & has served dozens of international celebrities and sports athletes – from the likes of Boyz II Men, Gary Payton, & Shaq.
