Andrea Kim’s gift for tailoring has been developed since a very young age. Growing up, she helped her family run their textile & clothing manufacturing businesses in downtown LA’s Fashion District. During her spare time, she took drawing & fashion classes at nearby’s FIDM, and eventually started designing her own clothes, with a special interest in wedding dresses.

She eventually made her way up north to beautiful Washington where she continued pursuing her passion of tailoring personalized dresses & working with brides from all walks of life.

24/7 Fresh ice and potable drinking water located in the covered lower 2000 parking garage beside the plaza garage ramp! For tenants coming from the Marina, the entrance closest to the machine is next to Pickles Playland doggie potty area.

For Ice, you can bring your own cooler or use the provided bags. Water will require you to bring your own container up to the size of a water bubbler tank.

Carillon Point Health Club membership is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Membership is limited to 200 members, but currently, there are memberships available. The Carillon Point Health Club is located on the first floor in the northeast corner of the 5000 building. Membership includes the use of locker rooms, towel service, shower rooms, and exercise equipment.

Initiation Fee: $50 | Monthly Membership: $50

Annual Membership: $550

Hours - 4:30am-10:00pm (365 days a year)
